01 — A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m Umair Farooq, an entrepreneur, youth leader and BBA Marketing student at Sindh Madressatul Islam University. My work connects startup building, digital education and community development.
At Pakdigit Solutions, I lead business development and a team delivering digital services for startups, SMEs and local businesses. At Rosetech Computer Institute, I manage programs and mentor students in practical technology and career skills.
I’m interested in inclusive innovation, AI-enabled learning and helping young people turn their skills into opportunities.

Pakdigit Solutions · Karachi
Founded and lead a digital and AI solutions agency serving startups, SMEs and local businesses. Built a lean team and expanded the portfolio to 35+ client and project engagements across websites, social media, Meta Ads, branding, SEO and digital consulting.
Launched the Pakdigit × SMIU Affiliate/Ambassador Program to connect students with practical marketing and business experience.
Rosetech Computer Institute / Rose Educational Society
Manage institute operations, student coordination and academic workflows. Supervise training and youth engagement programs, supporting students in Lyari through teaching, mentoring and practical digital and career skills.
Ruckus Media
Supported content planning, page management, client proposals, analytics and campaign execution. Managed short-form content that reached 2.5 million views on Instagram and 2.1 million on Facebook.

Led the One Day Thalassemia Drive at Gadit Thalassemia Centre, Karachi, coordinating volunteers and community support for children.
Coordinated a four-week training program for 120+ young people and managed project execution.
Supported a youth initiative at Lincoln Corner Karachi focused on AI ethics, responsible technology and collaborative learning.
Created a student-led pathway into marketing, outreach and real-world business experience.
Team Lead at Cure Pakistan Welfare; conference organization at Katalyst Labs’ +92 Disrupt; and youth digital skills engagement as a Professional Leader with MOS Championship Pakistan.
